  • Job description: Develop and initiate the business development strategy to grow the retail, sophisticated investor and Wholesale Investor trading volumes for different client bases. Enhance business through client referrals, networking, workshops/seminars, and industry contacts. Provide seminars and attend sales events for premium clients/prospects as required. Work with the rest of the client-facing team to input and help drive the acquisition, retention and increased trading activity for all clients. Leverage sales process to increase conversion rate, decrease sales cycle, and improve deal win rate. Maintain an accurate pipeline and funnel with high integrity, a set of personal goals and metrics, tracking progress against those. Handle all aspects of the customer onboarding experience. Facilitate the outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who already indicated an interest in our platform and provide support for existing customers. Handle incoming sales inquiries and client issues via phone, email and live, interactive chats. Engage warm leads via outbound call campaigns, and the vast majority of the day will be spent speaking to clients over the phone in a fast-paced workplace environment. Provide support for existing customers with all aspects of the trading experience- funding their account, education, etc.
