Learn and be updated about the products and services offered by FXCM. Achieve benchmarks on deposits, retention and customer satisfaction. Help clients with education and technical support and play a meaningful role to solve any issue or enquiry from them. Teach clients to use the educational tools provided. Team up with other areas when needed and transmit the feedback and suggestions from the clients to keep a continuous improvement.
