- Job description: Liaise with the sales teams, IBs and foreign offices to gather all relevant information and documentation to open new accounts following KYC requirements. Provide support to the foreign offices and Account Setup Team. Be the point of contact for all account setup queries, regular queries, and disputes. Perform administrative checks, ensure accounts are set up in accordance with in house procedures and FCA Regulations. Set up and process changes to introducer details. Generate account opening letters. Maintain procedure manuals and documentation.
