- Job description: Manage and implement critical projects handled by Business Research & Solutions department. Develop and produce requirements, communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams internal and external and support teams. Supports application testing and implementation activities. Create, design, and record workflows. Identify business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access. Analyzes the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems. Develop detailed project plan and monitor progress. Be responsible for Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Functionality Testing. Track, analyze and communicate project progress, project risks and opportunities.
