- Job description: Respond to Incidents and Problems on the network infrastructure. Support the engineering and development teams. Lead and/or Troubleshoot Major Incidents. Identify underlying issues, develop the plan to resolve the underlying risk or issue. Maintain, support and enhance the Solarwinds product set. Ensure Internal Handovers are completed and all documentation updated. Develop and maintain the Networking Knowledgebase. Deliver clear and accurate communication during all incidents.
