- Job description: Be responsible for the Legal Requests. Ensuring timely and compliant support to the Global HRBPs as well as the business. Perform as ‘super user’ in the Bank’s global People and Leadership system. Coordinate the Bank’s Global Mobility setup, and the local and global recruitment processes. Support and develop ongoing procedures within Employee Relations and HR Operations. Provide advice and support regarding employee enquiries. Secure accurate onboarding/off-boarding.
