i got my $30 bonus, Traded and made a profit of $82 in a day, tried to withdraw $50, my account was suspended and all my profits taken, was told am using the same ip address as someone else hence its against their policy

I registered three days ago after validating my account I got my bonus but I couldn't trade it told me not enough funds and I emailed a guy who had called me a couple of days earlier and introduced himself as my account manager and he replied telling me to either deposit more funds or adjust my leverage and I opted for the latter and I was in business.

I signed up 2 days ago I already got the bonus although on MT5 my balance shows 0.00 all the columns below it such as free margin show the amount in my local currency and I can't open an order because of insufficient funds. Not complaining perhaps just asking the more experienced folk for advice on how to actually use the bonus is it a settings thing or am I just missing something.

At Bongs South Africa, I had the same problem, but that was only because I registered a micro account and therefore had to add in currencies with the postscript Micro, so just like that I was able to trade, you cannot trade currencies of a standard account if you registered on a micro account... XM is the best I've seen thus far, I received the bonus without a hassle, and still am trading, I have not made a withdrawal as of yet but I believe I'll have no problem with that too.
