  • Job description: Oversee daily operational and market risk management across the Company. Lead, mentor, and develop the Risk team. Monitor client trading activity to identify and mitigate potential risks. Ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks and reporting requirements. Lead the development and enforcement of risk management policies and procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with liquidity providers to secure optimal terms. Monitor market news and distribute timely updates to internal stakeholders. Drive the development and launch of new trading products and services. Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve trading platform issues and streamline operations. Oversee the development of tools, scripts, and automation to enhance trading operations. Provide strategic risk advice to the CEO and Board of Directors. Represent the Company with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders.
