I had a doubt about this broker too, but when I read about trade disabling now I am 100% sure that this was a fraud practice. Because when I was trading with this broker in December of last year I was victim too of such practice. Trade has been disabled on my account. I was in a trade, the trade hits $10,000 profits and I couldn't close nor modify it. I contacted live chat several times no one seems to be able to help me. Then on the next day, Friday, the market reverses badly and I lost money. Definitely this broker is a scam broker; they should close them down. If ever someone at capital one forex could come here and say I am not telling the truth, I have 11 screenshots of my account when trade was disabled to prove it.
And like it was not enough, after a while some manager tried to convince me on the phone that they have new management team, they were sorry for what happened with my account, and was proposing me a new plan with new deposit bonus.
